Cooking Classes
A typical class has a very detailed description of the recipe and history of the dish.
Each class includes a tour of the sprawling 15 acre farm, where nearly 14 years of history has been documented on their nationwide show. Some classes will take place in the kitchen where they produce the show, and some will be outside, weather permitting.
Each class lasts about three hours, and no one leaves hungry.

call 502-209-8509, and leave a message. These are small classes, and we can usually accommodate about 10 folks. Over time, we much prefer having small groups, because larger venues make it impossible to have conversations with everyone.
The food could be considered elegant southern dining, and many have elements and flavors inspired by Tim’s mentor and friend Raoul Dezprez, a noted French Chef from Lyon France.
Each class is dedicated to learning new recipes, and is hosted by 5 time Emmy Award winner Tim Farmer.
Tim’s wife, co-host, and best friend Nicki just happens to be a baking expert, and each class will feature one of her favorite breads or desserts.
